The purchase of all digital products, nutrition/workout plans, ebooks, PDF downloads and online content is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase. A list of all products available for purchase and prices can be located in the Shop section of the website.
1 Copyright:
All digital products, nutrition / workout plan, ebooks, PDF downloads, resource material, videos and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product, nutrition /workout plan, ebook, PDF download and online content sold is licensed to a single user only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s (and/or their associated username/passwords) they purchased to any third party or person. In some cases, HANNAH GUNN may encrypt, force password and/or stamp license details (including customer name, address etc.) on its digital products to ensure additional safety.
2 Nutrition Advice Plans – Dietary Requirements:
Hannah Gunns Advice Plans are not broadly formulated to suit all nutrient deficiencies, allergies or any other food related health problems but offer advice specific to each individual customer, therefore a completed Client Nutrition Questionnaire and Health & Lifestyle questionnaire are required before a Nutrition Advice Plan can be formulated. It is not recommended for a plant-based diet including vegetarian or vegan. Please contact Hannah Gunn prior to purchasing if you are unsure whether this product is suitable for your dietary needs. It is always recommended you also contact a health professional if in any doubt or if you have any underlying health issues.
3 Payment Transactions:
All transactions for the purchase of products such as nutrition/ workout plans, ebooks, PDF downloads, resource material, videos and online content are made through a third party gateway. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.) All payment amounts are represented in GBP as this is the currency of the UK. The payment gateway does not provide converting transactions prices, for example if you are in America it will not show the equivalent in USD. All transactions processed on www.hannahgunnpt.co.uk will be charged to the customer in the equivalent amount in their host countries currency per the GBP price.
In case you are not redirected back to our website after purchase or you do not receive an email from us with a link to the product of your purchase, you can immediately contact us with your transaction details, including the email ID through which the payment was made. We will revert back to you with your product details and download link as soon as possible.
All purchases made on www.hannahgunnpt.co.uk are non-refundable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us via hannahgunn-x@hotmail.co.uk to discuss a resolution.
By placing an order with HANNAH GUNN , you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have your parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at HANNAH GUNN for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by HANNAH GUNN.
4 Return Policy:
As all Hannah Gunn products are digital they are deemed “used” after download or opening. This unfortunately means we have a strictly no refund policy in regards to dissatisfaction with product. Please contact info@hannahgunn.com to see how we can remedy any problems you may have with this.
5 1-1 Personal Training sessions:
Sessions booked within block bookings have secured a slot for client. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours notice are missed from the block booking due to others on the waiting list missing out. Block bookings once started can not be refunded. Block bookings are for one month period. If needing to reschedule your session in your block and it is out with 24hour period , session must be within the month of booking. If paying as you go for 1-1 sessions within the block, if one week session/sessions need to be cancelled, the session/sessions missed would still be charged.
6 Cookies:
HANNAH GUNN uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Cookies do no harm to your computer, consist only of text, cannot contain viruses and occupies virtually no space on your hard drive.
